Numbness And Tingling In Both Arms And Hands

Question

i have numbness and tingling in both arms and hands especially after getting up in gets better after some but for the past 3 days it persists longer.i cant lift my hands up my elbow because they get numb with tingling or if i carry some thing in my hand it gets i keep them straight it gets i am experiencing pain in my arms suggest some medicine .Thanks
