Assalam o Alaikum Doctor sb, Sir, mughy 1 month se dono bazu aur tangon main pain hoti hai, sun ho jati hain, soyan chubti hain, aur Hathon, bazu aur tangon k joints main pain hoti hai...especially raat ko time... soya hi nhi jata...Sar main pressure bhi rehta hai, ankhon main khichao aur dull pain bhi hai kisi kisi time aisy lagta hai jaisy ankhon k samny andhaira ho raha hai , chalty huey larkhara sa jata hun aur ziada dair tak khara nhi hua jata tangain thak jati hain. CT scan brain karwaya hai us main sirf sinusitis aaya hai, baki CBC, RBS, cholesterol, uric acid, Sgpt,ESR, TSH sab normal aaey hain. .. Kindly bataiya ga kia Karun? every thing good take these medicines Tab Lyrica 75 mg 1bd and Tab Motival 1bd for at least 2weeks
Neuropathic symptoms needs examination and further evolution.
Multiple symptoms showing involvement of different systems .Need ECG and echocardiography .Kindly also get calcium level and b12 and rbc folate level

1. Left side leg pain, soyan chubti hain aur tang bhari c lagti hai, right leg main bhi kisi kisi time soyan chubti hain isi tareh bazuon main bhi...Sar main pressure rehta hai... ankhon main khichawat aur kisi kisi time aisa lagta hai jaisy andhaira sa ho raha hai ankhon k samny, dull headache . ... saans lainy main mushkil hoti hai, chalty huey larkharana feel hota hai...ziada dair khara nhi hua jata aisy lagta hai paun k neechy se zameen sirak rahi hai... kis it kisi time chest pain bhi hoti hai...

2 months Pehly ECG karwaya tha normal tha..
