Severe obesity at this age impacts greatly with social and personal interactions. For your case, Orlistat is not a good match as it greatly reduce the level of Levetiracetam (Lumark) level in blood through decreased absorption in intestines. Victoza would help greatly. If Glucophage (Metformin) 500 mg thrice daily after meals doesnot help much, then bariatic surgery is an option, you may wana consider. I have few more recommendations. Kindly consult for discussing in detail regarding your problem.
Thanks.
