Talk to General Physician on Ocular/retinal Migraine

I experienced retinal/ occular migraine, a couple of days ago. I've been experiencing these occasionally since 5 to 6 years. I feel an aura which distorts my vision for 20 to 30 minutes. They are sometimes followed by headache and sometimes I don't feel any headache at recent one has occurred after 5 months. Is there any cure for it or any way I can prevent it from happening? I am a sinus patient and suffer from nasal congestion quite frequently. Could this possibly be the reason why I am having these migraines or is it because of changing weather, or some internal weakness as I am fasting. Please guide me. Thanks.

in case of migrainous episode you can take a Tab of TRIPTAN 2.5 Mg with two tablets of Calpol

You have A mix pattern of Migraine and you using any Medication for migraine...
if not you can Start
tab Adalat Retard 1+1 continue
and Tab Brufen or panadol or you can get an inj for acute attack.
for Sinusitis use
tab Rijex 10mg OD
Tab Myteka 10mg OD
and Rhinoclenil nasal spray.
