this is the latest article on the issue ....there is a dose response relationship and no large level of significance was found after data analysis ...food will not have the same effect . so have fun and eat all the walnuts you want

Hi,

Too much of anything is harmful, even healthy things.

However, consuming natural sources has a protective effect, including cardioprotection by consuming omega 3 within normal daily limits, less than or equal to 3 g per day.

Supplemental sources - unlike natural sources - do not have lasting benefits, and excessive intake may lead to significant adverse effects.

For further guidance, kindly book an appointment.

Thank you.
