Asking For Mother, Female 65, Karachi
is it safe to use Zolderonic Acid (Edonax) 5ml injection for my mother age 65 paitent of multiplesolerosis and on deltacortisone steroids for last 30 years she is suffering from severe osteoporosis and her backbone is bended also. can i get some advise on the use of injection?

edonax is for o p but at the same time delta is in use .both are working against each others . it is better to use it with cautions and also give her potassium, but under supper super vision
there are many many precautions before using zoledronic acid and it needs to be properly evaluated. like t-score of the patient,calcium vit d levels,dental work up ,hydrations status,kidney function etc so its always adviced to get the patient properly evaluated first
