Talk to General Physician on On /off Fever

Last Sunday my father had limka ,Monday morning he got fever so he took 2 panadols fever forun morning fever hua again 2 panadols and we quarantined him .since Tuesday he didn't got fever and yesterday Saturday night he felt fever , i checked it was 101.i am continuously giving panadols 6 hourly .he had no flue no cough no weakness no bodyache headache or diarrhoea no is in isolation for 6 me what should i do further
