Yeah for sure I guess it would show a fatty liver imo.. still what do u suggest... Should I opt for more tests after lfts being done and also glucose screening where ggt is extremely high and I m also diagnosed to be pre-diabetic...

No , sir, ok my results are here... My ggt level is extremely high, alt ast and everything is fine... Rest after some other blood screening I m pre-diabetic... So is it because of that?? Being pre-diabetic causing it or the high levels of ggt?
