Apki height k hisaab se apka weight 68.4 kg tak hona chahiye. 3 months pehle koshish karein k diet ko thora kaam aur 30 min running karein ( agar knee- ghootne mein koi problem na ho). Tablet k nuksaanat hotee hai. Koi aur medical condition tu nahi?
