I sleep for about 13-14 hours in 24hrs and I still feel zero energy to get up and do my work online and I still feel the need to sleep more. I don't do any house chores. No exercises. I do eat at lunch (1 medium plate of rice with any curry/gravy) and dinner (1 cup tea and 1 sandwich) but no breakfast. My daily water intake is about 1 to 1.5 L. My height is 5ft 2in and my weight is 59kg. Currently Single but soon getting engaged InshAllah I want to overcome my oversleeping. Kindly tell me what's wrong according to the above mentioned details about me.
