Asking For Self, Male, 56 Years old, Lahore

My oxygen level stays between 90-94 normally but dropped to 87 today. I have no symptom like shortness of breathe or chest pain. Nor do I have COVID, and never had it. My sleep is messed up, because of work routine. What could it be?
