Go for General Physician, he will check the symptoms, if there are no physical, cardiac or other physical health problem detected, then update us, we can check for the symptoms for insomnia, or any presence of anxiety .

It might be Anxiety but you have to consult General physician first. Medical tests along with Psychological help.

You need to visit a General Physician to get your self examine medically. The other thing you mentioned GHABRAHAT, if it persists after that without any medical reason then need yo visit a psychologist.

up? It might be a physical issue. You may discuss your issue with general
practitioner as sometimes pain like this may actually be a biological issue.
If your diagnostics are clear then you may have appointment with me for

it can be anxiety but do not take it easy . if you are facing serious sewer pain then you have to consult a General Physician.
