before appointment kindly do the following investigations .
Complete blood count
urine RE
serem ALT, blood sugar
serem creatinine
Vit D levels
serem TSH.
she seems to have low vit D level ,but for documentation it is better to Do the profile.
when done then best person to talk to ,is medical specialist intially .if needed then he/she can send you to other specialities.
