Pain And Low HB

Question

My father is 66y old and he is diabetic patient from 18 years currently talking insulin 15 units two time a day. Before 4-5 months he got an asthma attack. His heart is also weak. Currently from last 2 weeks he is complaing for severe pains in back and legs and headache. He is talking currently following medicine.

Tab Carvida 1/2 ( 2 times )
Tab spiromide ( 1 daily )
Tab Nise ( 2 daily )
Tab Rid-Uric ( 1 daily )
Syp Trimetabol 
Please advise something for his pains and he has no appetite from 2 weeks.
He is getting weak day by day.

Your father&acirc;&euro;&trade;s hemoglobin is very low and it is most likely due to iron deficiency. Does he has any obvious bleed from any site like hemorrhoids, blood in vomiting? Stop taking tablet nise on regular basis as it can be the cause of anemia due to occult upper gastrointestinal bleed as he is also taking loprin.
