Asalam o Alaikum i am facing health related problem from 1 years almost getting worst Symptoms are Started with. right side chest pain and change in urine color to yellowish.. LFT. Alt and ast. elevated to 50 .. normal after 2 month but urine color still cloudy yellow... then. from ramazan month after fasting pain started on left side of chest & palpitation like Angina. get cardiac evaluation ECG found normal...
From recent 2 month chest pain left side troubling me. done my TrOp i 2 times ecg. ETT Echo. found normal... urine colour. yellowish and smelly ... Sometime pain upper right side abdomen
Also done my LFT fibroscan USG found normal. RFT. CRP. CKMB. hepatitis ,thyroid panel etc found normal..
but mainly chest pain feel like heart attack likely to occur and. sometime. start ringing in brain. like going to umconconcious ..
kindly. advise what to do ... i have visited all relevant specialist. many times thanks..

i have done my usg. on dec 2 recently. gall bladder partial distended but final remarks of normal scan from radiologist ..
