hello , thanks for sharing your concerns. your condition seems to be related to constipation and possible piles. she should be taking lots of vegetables in her diet, dairy and meat should be once or twice a week. additionaly she should use 2 teaspoons esphaghol husk as stool softener regularly before breakfast. if still constipated then skilax drops 4 5 drops per day. for pain she can use local lignocaine gel 2-3 times per day. she should be fine when her constipation gets relieved. good luck

lignocaine haemorrhoidal ointment before going to toilet. or you can apply when feel pain Cremaffin liq 02spoonful at bed time
