Talk to General Physician on Pain In Abdomen (severe Unbearable)

Yesterday night at about 03:00am I had a severe abdominal pain. I got up, went to washroom several times even had bowls but intensity of pain never reduced. At about 4:00pm I visited nearest hospital, initially I had been treated with pain killer injection (I don't know what it was) but it had absolutely no effect. After half an hour another pain killer injection was given and very slowly it worked and at morning (08:00am) I had about 20% of pain intensity left. Moreover, the pain (after having injections) completely shifted towards right side of lower abdomen. The hospital doctors prescribed following medicines and asked me to have soft diet for few days:- 1. Ciproxin 500mg 2. Flagyl 400mg 3. Paracetamol 500mg Now after more than 24hrs, I have no pain but I can feel something I can't describe it's not pain, neither stiffness but some sort of feeling which tells something is there. Can it be kidney stone or appendicitis? Should I go for abdominal ultrasound plz? Any help will be highly
