Asking For Self, Female 29, Lahore
I usually get Radiating Pain, only in left leg.I can sense the pain traveling whether upwards or downwards (whether from knee to ankle or from ankle to knee,I can't say). I noticed it happens after standing or walking for long duration, or even when I don't get enough sleep or even when I feel hungry. I don't understand the link between this pain n sleep/hunger. Sometimes it gets too severe to bear it. This pain never occus in right leg. Can it be some vascular issue? or what? sometimes I feel similar kind of pain in left shoulder and arm also and my left temple also aches usually.

my height is 5:2 and Weight is 70kg.
No history of trauma or any injury of spine.
Though I have Lumbar lordosis and sometimes get Sciatic pain also.
but I can differentiate between Sciatic pain and this knee-ankle pain.
Rest, CBC is normal.

keeping in view your history, it could be your body's response to change in your routine. you should get check up and if nothing vascular or spinal problem, then nerve calming medications will help to overcome the symptoms
aoa dear,

Duplex scan can b done,,, i do that in clinic myself. ANGIOGRAM is only indicated if any issues found on scan,, since it involves radiations, so it should not be done in females unless really indicated,
so complete assessment is the answer to yr queries,
