Pain In Armpit

Question

I am feeling pain in my left armpit since yesterday. I could not feel any lump on touch or something else visible. No swelling or redness. But I feel accute pain in the middle of armpit especially on touch. What could be the reason. Or what should I do to get relief.

Pain can be due to various reasons.
Taking simple Samerol N, 2 tablets thrice daily for 2 to 3 days will improve pain.
but to assess cause, a detailed history is needed.
