The doctor you consulted, has prescribed a pain killer and and an anti-inflammatory medicine along with a multivitamin (vitrum). Painful inflammatory condition is usually due to some infection. i have just prescribed you a light antibiotic (first generation cephalosporin). I hope it will work.
In case if it doesn't work then visit some good gynecologist or female general surgeon.
