Talk to General Physician on Pain In Chest On Swallowing Food

I have been experiencing pain in the medial aspect of the right chest (behind the sternum) since 5 days. I dont have dysphagia, reflux or vomiting. The pain occurs on eating solids, not on liquids. I took nuberol forte but the pain didn't resolve. please suggest some medicine to relieve this pain.
