Talk to General Physician on Pain In Ears, Mouth, Neck And Head

Hi doctors... I want to ask that whom will be the best doctor that can give treatment of neck pain, mouth, ears and headache. Actually my I am asking it for my father who suffering from dialysis and this pain is due to removal of double lumen from right side of neck. Now he is suffering from mucous coughing and he is feeling blockage in ears due guide me what should I do or whom should I visit...?
