Assalam o Alaikum, I want to ask something with u sir. Actually mujhe 2 years se thyroid hai and neomercazole medicine Le rhi hun 2 tablets morning mai and 2 tablets at night. But thyroid k bad mera weight bht gain horha hai and continously mere legs and poori body mai pain rehta hai.
Probably you are taking high dose of neomarkazole than you actually needed and dose needed to be adjusted according to fresh reports.kindly get your fresh thyroid function done ,TSH and free T3 free T4.

seems you may not have developed Hypothyroidism leading to weight gain and
body aches... after review of your TFTs, we would adjust your Neomercazol
does in sha Allah...
Future more also check your serum calcium and vitamin D levels as you are
aches and pains...
Finally get consultant physician and or Endocrinologist consultation also.
