Talk to General Physician on Pain In Head While Sleeping

For the past two weeks I have been in a strange situation During the night I sleep on the right side with my right hand under my face At first I fall asleep but after a while my head starts to get heavy I also feel a slight pain which forces me to move to the left But after a while, the situation is exactly the same there At first I thought maybe it was because of the pillows. I started changing the pillows but there was no change in the situation Even if I sleep after Fajr, I face the same situation I don't understand what the problem is Is there anyone who can get me out of this Problem
