You have small stone in right Kidney . the size small can be passed out .
and have another stone in ureter so it causing hydropneprosis.
you can wait somes days to pass by itself if not . snd symtoms increase blockagr persist then you have option for decompression mean some procedure like ureteral stent
percutenous nephrostomy .
kindly consult with your urologist .
dont worry you will be ok with medical treatment
