Talk to General Physician on Pain In Lower Abdominal Area

I am experiencing:

Fewer sleep hours from last two months (including deep sleep) Pain in the lower abdominal area in the morning Pale colour of skin Morning sickness & weakness Pain in the head (frequently) Less muscle mass
