Talk to General Physician on Pain In My Arms

I have been getting these pains in my arm for more than a month now it come and goes like I get it for 2 days then it goes away and comes back I tried panadol but that didn't help I'm using voltrol gel right now. my arm hurts when I make movement especially when I rotate my hand it mostly hurts on the joints. I got covid in may and vaccinated in June. I just need something that will make the pain go away and not come back
