Pain In Passing The Stool

assalam o alaikum wrwb doctor!

I\'ve been eating pain killers and muscle relaxant medicines due to lower back pain since 1st Ramzan and currently on antibiotics too for fever and sore throat. Now the problem is, 4 days ago, i felt like constipation and the stool was so hard that it pained me while passing it. since then, everytime I pass the stool, it pains. I\'m afraid, God forbids it has made any wound there or piles kind of something? I\'m so afraid about it. Please tell me,. Should i go for a rectal examination? Which doctor should i consult? Urologist? Or any other kind? I\'m Karachi based. Please guide me.

lignocaine gell p/a every time before passing stools
use syp lilac one cup full in it three times after meal
add red beans one bowl must in your daily diet increase your fluid intake for further management consult online thank you.
