Talk to General Physician on Pain In Rectum/anus

Since 4 months i am facing the issue that when i pass stool i have severe pain in the anus or rectum ((means at the opening)) it stays for 4,5 hours . Initially it was occurring once or rarely twice in a month.. But now in this month it is recurrent. Symptoms that i feel are Burning, pain while passing stool and after that and sometimes blood. And pain and burning is continuous. Now i saw that there is out-growth of skin that make the anus narrow and thats why i feel pain ((* i am not sure but i feel like some skin is also inside the opening)). It is like pinching pain accompanied with burning makes me restless while sitting or standing. Now my concern is that To which doctor should i consult . And if its a disease then what is it called? Also please tell me Any Remedy to avoid it or to cure it
