Pain In Region Ranging From Elbow To Shoulder

Question

Abou three years ago, my mother\'s arm unbalanced while pushing a hand cart. After this very incudent, she is facing severe pain in the region ranging to shoulder and neighbouring neck tissues. All this happens when she does some heavy work. After dozens of appointments with doctors, they prescribes medicines but the pain is still there. 
P.S: According to the doctors, the arm\'s XRAY is fine.

i advised her xray cervical spine ap/lat, to see muscle spasm send me xray shoulder also to see any dislocation.
she may need proper medication and specific exercise...i want to talk to her in detail.

Plz have the X ray of cervical spine and upload yeh shoulder X ray as well .And for proper consultation, take an appointment from physical therapist , if it's a muscular spasm it can be treated easily .
