Talk to General Physician on Pain In Rib N Breast

Aoa I got chest infection a week ago after that I m having right breast pain that starts from rib below breast n radiate to breast n in chest centre n also having pain back muscles n back ribs that goes to arms muscles u plz tell me what is the this breast pain I had scanty periods this month n from 4th day of my periods this m much worried regarding pain from breast to chest n is no lump or any other problem but due to this pain also feeling heavy in centre of chest answer
