Talk to General Physician on Pain In Right Breast

i am having pain in my right breast since 4 days. i experience a sharp pain when i do any movement like picking anything up etc. i have looked and my breast looks swelled too. dr(general physician) prescribed me nuberol forte once a day and elpino ds twice a day yesterday and she also said it looks swelled a bit and told me to get ultrasound done if pain doesn't go away by today. couldn't get ultrasound done today, is there anything to worry about or it can be normal muscular pain?
