Pain In Right Hypochondrium

Question

Salam. I\'ve burning type of pain in my right hypochondrium towards the mid. I feel hungry most of the time and if i don\'t eat anything this pain exaggertes. Then after eating it is okay but it again starts  after sometime and exaggerates after eating something heavy otherwise it is so mild in nature. I also have bloating and gas and when my stomach gets upset i get sore throat. Bowels habbits are sometimes constipation and sometimes normal. Stool colour black or muddy yellow.

AOA! Take nexum 40 mg tab once daily empty stomach before breakfast for 2 weeks. Also take regular meals but small portions. Avoid fatty and spicy food and don&acirc;&euro;&trade;t eat full stomach.
