Talk to General Physician on Pain In Right Leg And Left Armpit

From past 3 days I have pain in my left armpit when ever I did some thing or I get up early morning I start to feel pain and from past 5 months I have pai. In my right leg I feel like stretch and back pain even I can't sit on Flore properly once I sit I couldn't stand.... For armpit plz guid me should it's normal or I have serious problems.
