Asking For Self, Female 30, Islamabad
A month ago while asleep, I was woken up at 3 A.M by sharp pain & pressure in right side of my chest which radiates to my shoulder & back. After few minutes the pressure feels lightened & I slept again. 2 days passed & it occurred again at the same time. Since then, I sometimes feel stabbing pain in my chest; mostly when I lays down or sit for too long.The pain comes & goes away. I've vitamin D & B12 deficiency. What could be the cause? Is that muscle pain or heart-related issue?

Do you have any Co_Morbidity(illness) like Diabetes, Hypertension, Asthma/Allergy...etc
What's your meal routines at night..??
Do you have acidity, indigestion, constipation problem ??
Do you have fever, cough, sore throat, disphagia(difficulty in swollwing)...??
How long does your pain persist..?? (Minutes/seconds)
Do you have any difficulty in breathing..??
You mentioned your Vit_D & B12 are defficient, what treatment you are taking for this and since how long
Attach Lab reports...??
What is your occupation..??
it has many causes so need to be visited by a specialist physician soon in your area after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up

THANKS for detailed reply. It is left side. I mistakenly wrote it as right. I've 8 working hrs office job. In Dec 2021,I I was diagnosed with asthma problem (severe cough & breathing)..Before that, I had acid reflux problem. The pain lasts in minutes & sometimes when it the sharpens, the tingling sensation lasts whole day. I've taken vitamin D 042-32591427, IU injections & b12 supplements.

Sometimes electric current like feeling in chest comes which makes breathing an issue. Previously I faced swallowing problem very often; even drinking water was difficult for me then. but now it has resolved after taking medications of acid reflux.
