Talk to General Physician on Pain In Right Side Of Face..

So i need to ask if someone can guide i have a very intense pain behind zygomatic bone and near to ear...i feels like pain travels toward eyes,teeth and ear...i feel tingling in my ear due to that previously it was not that much but since last week its very intense...i went to e.n.t he said aesy dard hoty rhty hain pregnancy main lylia kuch nae hoskta after delivery xray kra k i came back and then yesterday it was unbearable that i had to go to e.r and they gave voltec,nuberol fort and danzen me to go for dentist tongue was coming between my teeth and tear was coming from affected eye also some irritation in gum amd teetch which already ahbe root canal that is my upper 2ndlast teeth ...i need to ask what should i do its 24th week and alot of time is left for delivery ?
