I have been doing physical exercise pillate and jumping for 1 month but during that period i noticed that my shin started hurting alot ,, which obviously i thought is ok as i started the physical exercise after almost 2 years. . Ok so after a month i stopped and started 1hr brisk walk in which i also jog .like in 1 hr i do jogging three 4 times for a minute or 2 ...
I feel ok in brisk walk but during jogging my shine hurts .. its been 3 weeks that i started walk it ok?
