Asking for Mother, Female, 54 years old, Lahore
my mother is experiencing a lot of pain in her left shoulder and entire arm since 3 days she went to emergency of hospital and got her ECG done which was Alhamduliah normal .Doctor gave her an injection of dicloran and she also took painkillers Tab starcox 60mg ,Tab myonal and Tab nuberol forte but none of these are helping with pain . the pain get worse with movement .please note that she is a patient of arthrtitis and Blood pressure . please guide what to do m really worried about her ? Thank you
Aoa. I need to ask few questions:
1. any incident of fall at site of pain recently?
2. pain is sudden or developed over course of few days? weeks? or months?
3. Diabetes?
I have few more questions to ask. and also I want to examine the patient as well. can we discuss further via online consult?
this can be due to inflammation in shoulder. need to see in clinic and if pain doesn't steroid m settle, injection inside joint helps a lot

and she was taking morcet a few days back for 10 days for anxiety given by doctor
