Pain In Thighs From Last 2 Years

I have stopped nursing last month.  My vit  d levels are 17.9 ng/ml.
I have extreme pain in thighs on and off. What should I do?

Thanks for sharing ur concern. Any specific time of pain ? Does it go from hip area to ur knees? location of pain front , sides or back ? Do u sit for long periods of time ? Any associated lower back pain as well ?
