Talk to General Physician on Pain Inside Right Side Of Chest

I feel a stretchy pain in my right chest portion whenever i move, stretch or press my chest. it was very minor to notice three months back when it started but now i can feel it in my every move. From last one week I'm also feeling minor pain on my spine behind my chest. I'm also breathing a bit heavily and feel dizziness sometime and i have quit smoking 2 weeks ago. Is it some kind of serious medical condition or will cure by itself. ThankYou
