walaikum as salam, abdominal pain k bohat se wajoohat hain.. gastric bhi hoskta hai but agr pain left ya right back se agay k side ata hai aur urine bhi problematic hai to aap ko urine d/r ,urinec/s aur ultrasound kub krwana chahiye...
