It is likely your neck. Pinched nerve in neck goes to chest with numbness. Very common in young people. Please see us at liberty sports and spine clinic.
Lipid profile is just a test. Does not tell in any way where you pain is coming from. Just like if you were to get an X ray chest as well for chest pain! Hope that answers your question. Thanks.
