Do u feel pain or stiffness in neck area?
Try to excersice lite with neck movement like up and down laterally on either side ok for 15 minutes but slowly ok
Take some muscle relaxent as u feel hard or stiffness in back neck muscles
Take tab salmerol N Forte for 2 days if issue not resolve consult kindly give feed back too thanks
