Pain On Both Sides Of Back

I was feeling extreme thirst from 15 days. No matter how much water, juice i take my mouth is always dry. Today i am feeling pain on both sides of back. Is it serious concern? Plus i have trembling body sometimes and dizziness and i cant tolerate hunger its like i will black out if i dont eat frquently
