go for chest x ray if ok then just relax and use fruits like watermelons and melons and cap risek 20mg daily for 10 days

but I don't have any pain chest or chest issues , so why should I do x-ray ? I have gastric issues. pain occurs for few minutes and vanish not daily.

Do ur Xray chest seems not much issue if ok not worry for that

no ma'am , I had kidney stone and I m taking homeo medicine, no burning sensation just sometimes little pain for minutes and gas and like bloating , sometimes constipation.
