This seems like a corn foot.They sometimes can occur due to prolonged standing,walking with an ill fitted shoe.You need to have good fits shoes which should not compress the heel too much.You can use heelpads too .Check the inside of your current shoes if something is hurting like a nail or a prominent area.
If the pressure is removed , ice compresses are done and rest to foot given it will decrease in size.
Duofilm may be tried if above measure fail.
