Hi. I have been having sudden aches in my bones near my left breast and arm since october. The pain comes and goes away. I have consulted two doctors and after CBC and vitamin D report, they said that it was because of low level of Vitamin D (14.5). The pain goes away for sometimes when I take the recommended pain killers. Is there any thing concerning? One doctor did my physical examination and said there is no swelling in that area. Please help!!!
it has many causes so need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up
If the pain is continues from October and not settling since then, you consider another proper examination by the doctor
take vit D inj. or pills , continue pain killer if symptoms persist get specialist consult
it needs detail history book consultation for further management
mam please get ur mammography done as ealiest.
would be beneficial in either way.

Pain in the bones near the left breast and arm can be caused by a variety of factors, including injury, infection, or underlying medical conditions. It is important to seek medical attention if you are experiencing pain or discomfort in that area.
Low levels of vitamin D can also cause bone pain, as vitamin D is essential for the absorption of calcium and the maintenance of healthy bones. The fact that you have a low level of Vitamin D (14.5) and the pain goes away with painkillers suggests that the pain may be related to your vitamin D deficiency.
Your doctor may have recommended vitamin D supplements to help bring your levels back to normal and alleviate your symptoms. It is important to take the supplements as directed and to have your vitamin D levels checked periodically to ensure that they are within the normal range.
It's also important to maintain a healthy lifestyle, including eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, and spending time in the sun to help maintain healthy levels of vitamin D.
If the pain persists or worsens, it is important to consult with a doctor again. The doctor may recommend further tests, such as x-ray or ultrasound, to rule out any underlying medical conditions that may be causing the pain.
It is important to follow the advice of your doctor and to take the recommended painkillers as directed. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to consult with your doctor again.

Thank you so much for a detailed response. I got examined by an ortho specilist, she said everything is fine Alhamdulilah. It’s because of body stress and low VIT D.
