Assalam u alaikum.. mere pait me shadeed dard hai pichly 2 3 dino se doctor ko dikhya unhon ne ultra sound likh kr diya ultra sound me sb clear hai doctor ne kha apko gas hai us wjh se dard ho raha hai many eno wagera or kafi sari cheazen try krlen jo gas khatam krti hain pr koi farq nhi araha. can any one help me please any medicine or a doctor.
