Talk to General Physician on Palpitation With High Blood Pressure

I have been consistently experiencing palpitations over the past several months, which initially began after undergoing grafting surgery in October. Initially, I was unaware of the cause behind these palpitations, but subsequent diagnosis revealed that I have been suffering from panic attacks, ultimately leading to a diagnosis of General Anxiety Disorder. To manage these symptoms, my consultant prescribed several medications, including Prolam .25mg, Raze, and Reline. However, after two months, my antidepressant was switched from Reline to Sertex 100mg. While the overall impact of this change was positive, I have noticed an increase in the frequency of palpitations since starting Sertex. Despite taking Sertex for a period of five months, the palpitations persist. I recently underwent an ECG and ECO in July, with all reports indicating satisfactory results. For context, I am a 32-year-old individual, weighing 87 kg and standing at a height of 6 feet.
