Can you further explain what you mean by pancreatic patient. Does he have pancreatitis? Is it a chronic patient or an acute one? If the patient is newly diagnosed with acute pancreatitis, hospital admission is the best course of action but you can give paracetamol. Make sure you give a lot of fluids.
